College Football Star Blackmon Arrested for DUI
This past Tuesday on a suburban Dallas highway Oklahoma State star wide receiver Justin Blackmon was arrested for DUI which now holds his status with the team unclear while headed into the final weeks of the regular season.
Blackmon was polled over at approximately 3:45 AM after officers clocked him traveling at 92 mph in a 60 mph zone on the highway. The officers then performed a field sobriety test and determine Blackmon was driving under the influence and was placed under arrest.
Court records did not indicate whether or not Blackmon had a DUI attorney but he was bonded out of jail and has a November 23 court appearance. A DUI attorney San Diego advised.
At the time he was driving under the influence, Blackmon was carrying three passengers in his vehicle and after the arrest was made that vehicle was released to one of the other passengers who was the proper owner of the vehicle.
